Paticipation in the rallies listed below requires a current ICA membership. To join, go HERE first ($45.00)

All costs on this page are listed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST of 12.5% (if any) Offshore rallies are zero rated.

Please take your time filling out this form and check before submitting. Entries are now open and will close one calendar month prior to the sailing date. Late entries will be accepted subject to numbers. A penalty extra fee of $50 is required. ICA reserves the right to cancel an event that does not have 15 entries per Rally, one month prior to the start.

Payment Options:

OPTION ONE: Please deduct $150 deposit from my credit card below to secure my place. The remaining fees will be deducted, (unless otherwise instructed) one month prior to the departure of each rally leg. No Discounts apply.

OPTION TWO: Please deduct $150 deposit from my credit card below to secure my place. The remaining fees, in total, will be deducted, less discount as calculated**, on the 1st of April 2010

Costs:

LEG ONE $450.00* per boat, (includes Battle Flag, 2 x tee shirts, Kiwi Cruisers Log Bulkhead Plaque, Certificates, 2 x cocktail evenings plus other ICA subsidised events.)

LEGS TWO - FIVE $250* per boat (Includes:- Battle flag, prizes and certificates, fun events on each leg and other ICA subsidised activities.)

*Additional costs: Share of costs for clearance. Musket Cove departure (approx $30/boat) and Ouvea arrival clearance costs. (Approx $90.00/boat)

** Discounts: Tick LEG ONE plus two other legs and get the fourth leg free. Tick all five legs and get the fifth leg free plus a copy of "Sailingbirds Guide to Tonga" Free (Value $83)

IMPORTANT - Rally Entry Conditions:

It is the yacht owner’s responsibility to ensure that the skipper and crew have the level of experience and competency necessary to ensure at all times the safety of the vessel and the people onboard. The responsibility for any damage that might occur to persons and property, both on shore and at sea, as a consequence of participating in any way in this event is that of the skipper/owner and/or the person concerned onboard the vessel.

The decision to start or continue to participate in this, or any ICA event, shall be the sole responsibility of the skipper/owner concerned. I hereby state that I have read the aforementioned and accordingly accept total responsibility for the safety of my vessel and crew and for all matters concerning my vessel and crew at sea.

I agree to be bound by the safety regulations, entry conditions and to indemnify the ISLAND CRUISING ASSOCIATION, its organizers, its sponsors and all associated organizations and yacht clubs from any responsibility in regard to myself, my crew and vessel during the course of this event. I declare that to the best of my knowledge the information given on this entry form is correct, my vessel is well found and both vessel, skipper and crew are up to the task.

These conditions of entry may be superseded at any time by additional requirements stipulated by the Marine Transport Act. and/or the NZ Maritime Safety Authority.

I authorize Island Cruising Regattas Ltd to collect payment for all rally entry fees and clearance fees for the rallies ticked above from the credit card nominated below.
